Permanent, full time (37 hrs per week)
Scale PO1, Salary £29,528 - £32,072

The Welland Internal Audit Consortium provides audit services for five client local authorities - Rutland County Council, Corby Borough Council, East Northamptonshire Council, Harborough District Council and Melton Borough Council. Following a restructuring, we are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join us in providing high quality internal audit services for our clients.

You must hold a full, appropriate professional qualification (CMIIA, CPFA or other CCAB) and be able to demonstrate experience in the management of internal auditors and internal audit assignments, within a risk-based auditing environment.

You will be based at one of the five client local authorities, but you will be required to travel between sites to carry out your work so you will need a full driving licence and your own vehicle. A business mileage allowance will be paid.
