Rutland Public Transport what a joke!

I have an appointment in the Uppingham area at 10.30am tomorrow

I thought the bus driver in Oakham was joking when she told me
I have to catch the 8.01am to make a 10.30am appointment.

I checked on line she was correct I can catch the speedy Rutland Flyer 1
which will take about 25 minutes to get from Oakham to Uppingham

Public transport in Rutland is terrible.
