Cllr Lucas Described Brooke Road & Penn Street Oakham as Strange & Unnatractive
Describing the old drill hall as the worst building in the area at a recent planning meeting.
Like my home, hers is modern and ugly, I personally can not see what is strange or unnatractive
about Brooke Road or Penn Street.

To be fair to to old dear the rear extension at the back of the hall
is disgusting.
