Oakham Author of Deep Dark & Dangerous Blog, To Appear in Court after offending Chief Executive of Rutland County Council Helen Briggs, Rutland MP Alan Duncan & Catmose Principal Stuart Williams
Richard Bradley Wilks has long complained of institutional racism and often states he is a victim of racist police and those named by him above.
For a number of years now Richard has been in dispute with Helen Briggs the Chief Executive of Rutland County Council. As many will know many people have been effected by this dreadful bully who committed purjury at my trial last year. Mrs Briggs and Co at Rutland County Council appear to be untouchable. The same can be said about Cllr Charles Haworth and Co at Oakham Town Council.
I fear Richard's level of freedom of expression might not be at an acceptable level for the courts.
Racist Rutland police and Leicestershire Crown Prosecution Service endorse the actions of the racist principal of Catmose College Oakham.
