Oakham Mayor Adam Lowe and Cllr Joyce Lucas Appear on one of my Birthday Cards
Who are they? I asked as I looked at the card.
I was told its Oakham Mayor Adam Lowe and
Cllr Joyce Lucas dipping into the public purse
once again.
The public purse looks a little small this year.
Maybe that is due to Oakham Town Council attempting
to recover a huge overspend created when good old Cllr Dewis
was in charge.
Oakham Town Council are one of a very few
councils that still find it acceptable to spend hard earnt
public money on booze.
I must say Cllr Lowe looks fetching wearing one
of Cllr Lucas's mayoral hats and like any good old fashion
Tory the pearls are a must.
