Rutland Times, It's very hard to see they have six reporters?

This weeks issue of the Rutland Times has to be the worst I have ever seen.

Six paid reporters who have handed over the reporting to local councillors and their friends.

The conviction of a local woman who stabbed a man.
sees another repeat of the original story worse than BBC
repeats now published with the addition of the womans jail term.

Then Cllr Lucas gets a repeat word for word of her December fundraising with
the addition of the amount raised. What is the  Editor doing?

Then we are treated to a very informative article from another Councillor all about
the Central England Co-op Elections. I am not sure any one can move as quick as
he suggests nominations closed 14th March 2014

Could we not be treated to some real local news, For example the old man who
fell down the stairs of his Oakham home, taken to hospital and concerned about his dog
was told it will be ok by Leicestershire Police. Two day later the dog was crapping all
over the poor mans kitchen Leicestershire Police broke into his home to rescue the
dog. They failed to secure his home corrrectly and the poor man returned home
tom find his house ransacked and many items including his TV stolen. Police have
written very quickly and told the man they have concluded their investigation into the burglary
and this has led to nothing.

He can't afford to replace all the items lost.
