he will be seen more often here in Rutland then just
maybe he will learn just how revolting the Tory leadership
is here in Rutland.
And that is not groundless sniping if Mr Duncan had
attended court with the local Tory Circus he would
have seen Tory Chief Executive Lie in Court.
If he was about to read standards reports he would see how
the Tory leadership he is so proud of is permitted to insult its critics
in an offensive way.
I am pleased to say Leicestershire Police recently took a different
view about one of its own, when he behaved in a similar disgusting
manner.
Election 2015 is coming so I can only imagine Mr Duncan
is attempting to flatter the leadership to ensure they sign
his candidate papers.
After the Duchess of Rutland has signed it's normal for the
Leadership to sign, followed by a number of Tories who
can't think themselves or maybe seeking some favor?
On Monday I will be visiting Rutland County Council to
exercise mine and any residents right to inspect the accounts?
I will ask to see the accounts relating the prison, I want to
copy evidence of expenditure and income since the purchase.

of Justice.
I wonder if the council will be wanting to comply with the
