Cllr Joyce Lucas BEM before she received her award said in Rutland Times nomination is easy and she will happily point people in the right direction.

Cllr Joyce Lucas BEM before she received her award said in Rutland Times nomination is easy and she will happily point people in the right direction.

After I published the question below, she complained to the local police who arrested me for asking the question they accused me of harassing Cllr Lucas. The CPS dropped the charges.

Mrs Lucas went on to receive a BEM almost one year later.

This time I am not asking the question I am accusing Cllr Lucas who has lied to the police about me many times and spread untruthful malicious gossip about me, it is my opinion she used her column in through the Rutland Times to tout for the Queens Honour.

She said "nomination is easy and she will happily point people in the right direction."

I was asked by an Leicestershire advocate who was shocked to hear the news of her honour, 'what are you going to do about it?" I responded at first nothing what can I do?

Time has passed and after considerable thought I wrote to my MP, the Prime Minister and The Palace.

So far to date the Palace is the only one who has responded.

I have wrote again to my MP and the PM. The Palace tell me the PM's office is responsible for this.

I have also raised the matter of former Oakham Mayor, Cllr Adam Lowe receiving the Queens Police Medal for good conduct after he and Leicestershire Police now admit he took the back door exit whilst under investigation for misconduct.

It would appear his award was approved just moments before a file dropped very conveniently on the desk of Liecestershire Police professional standards.

Cllr Joyce Lucas, Oakham Town Council, Touting for Queens Honour?

undefined

I was pointed into the direction of Councillor Joyce Lucas's Column in
this weeks Rutland Times. You must read it I was told. So reluctantly I did.

She starts with an admission that over the years her column has ruffled a
few feathers. ( I understand the Rutland  Times won't publish the truth of what people
say about the column, not wishing to offend its readers any more than it does by
publishing the column in the first place)

And yes, I agree with the person who pointed it out to me. Knowing
Councillor Lucas and her egotistic ways, is she touting for a honour from
the Queen for all her and hubbies good deeds published week after week
in the same publication?

She says nomination is easy and she will happily point people in the right direction.

I hope the Cabinet Office read the Rutland Times?

A Oakham resident was awarded this year, I have asked around, who
is this lady and what did she do, know one has a clue. Now to me that
is a deserving cause.

Cllr Lucas is always going on about being a Christian, As far as I remember
from Christian teachings I endured once. You do something for some one
and you don't shout about and you don't expect a reward.
