I thought Rutland County Council had stopped wasting tax payers money on extravagant
food for visitors.
Most of it is wasted as the smaller people departed to buy their own lunch.
The larger people of course thought it was Christmas. One even decided to take
a plate full of cake to her car in case she I guess feels a little hungry on her way
