A row's broken out in Rutland, over how the Memorial hospital in Oakham is spending thousands of pounds - left to it by a former Uppingham man. Teddy Toon was the town's undertaker, and a colourful character who toured around with his performing dogs.

But when he died, he didn't have any family, and instead left his estate to the people of Rutland in three parts... But as BBC Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair has been finding out, that money still hasn't been spent - years after his death
