Oakham Christmas Lights 2014
The Town Council has announced the Christmas lights will
be installed during the week commencing the 17th November 2014
The Rotary Tree which is donated to the town,after the town
council pays £200 contribution towards the purchase price.
A councillor recently asked how much does the tree cost?
The response from the Town Council was we don't know.
There was an improvement last year, I is hard to believe each
year the town council spends the same amount of money
as nearby Stamford.
