Just over a week ago former Cllr Charles Haworth visited his favourite Carrel at
Oakham Library. Number Three, This is the same one Leicestershire Inspector Monks would
meet with him when he was conducting his Homophobic, Racist and anti Semitic
activity using the public computer.
This Carrel stinks.
If you have read Mr Haworth's police statement, he told the police he suspected hacking
when I previously highlighted his inappropriate computer activity.
This was raised in court, at that point I had only sent the council details of his far right
Nazi interests.
Any way last week former Cllr Haworth updated his blog, described as 'Homophobic Crude and
Crass' by the district judge.
I know the council has done nothing to improve privacy or security for user of the public
computers so I decided to visit the Carrell used by the former Councillor.
I found the following activity and more during the time he was updating his offensive blog.
Haworth is obviously finding things hard after his slip up, when he was our deputy Mayor.
he made a comment at a public meeting 'every one knows it's a brothel' that saw
the closure of Oakham's massage parlour. He was annoyed and this formed part
of his campaign of offensive comments on this blog.

Cllr Charles Haworth, finally decided to resign from Oakham Town Council this morning.
Cllr Charles Haworth had been a town councillor since 2008.
A year ago Cllr Charles Haworth's conduct was described by the district judge.
John Temperley, as 'crude and crass and homophobic.’
At court we learnt Mr Haworth did not act alone, two former Oakham Mayors were
name as his partners in crime, Jim Harrison and Paul Beech. Mr Haworth claimed
he had forgotten his other four friends names whilst responding to questioning in
court.
Mr Haworth's resignation comes whilst Leicestershire Police Anti Corruption Unit
and the IPCC are carrying out an investigation into five case of corruption.
The five cases involved Oakham Town Council, Rutland County Council Chief Executive
Helen Briggs, Rutland County Councillors Conservative Leader Roger Begy and Co. that includes
the former Conservative Gene Plews.
I am still awaiting their resignations.
All these people have either committed or condoned Homophobic, Racist or Anti Semitic Hate Crimes.
