Rutland Pensioner subjected to Menacing Late Night Anonymous phones calls, After Questioning Rutland County Council, Recognises Caller after his appearance on BBC East Midlands Inside Out

A Rutland Pensioner who questioned Rutland County Council, received late night anonymous
phones calls.

Whilst watching a recent episode of BBC Inside Out for the East Midlands in which a senior
Rutland Conservative Councillor spoke she recognised his voice as the mystery caller.
Why have Leicestershire Police not investigated her complaint and charged the Senior Conservative
Councillor with malicious communications?

In the past I have given this Councillors name to Rutland County Council and the police  as person responsible for homophobic vile comments sent from the Council Chamber.

The conduct towards members of community by those connected to our local governance is
a disgrace.
