Sir Clive Loader has been in office for two years, To help celebrate his Invention The Public are invited to a public meeting

Tory Sir Clive Loader has been in office for two years today.

He spent a whole year planning and consulting with our
MP. Then his second year promoting his cuts and changes.
Will he achieve anything that is value for money before
the end of his term?

To help celebrate his invention two years ago the public are invited to a public meeting

Sir Clive is typical Tory, preferring not to put the people first, he has shared his plans with
every other organisation before sharing with Rutland residents.

He has invited the Rutland Tory Controlled Council to a private viewing at 6pm this evening.

Rutland residents will have a chance to put questions to key figures responsible for local policing at a public meeting this evening, Monday 24th November 2014.

Sir Clive Loader, Police and Crime Commissioner for Leicestershire and Rutland, and Chief Constable Simon Cole of Leicestershire Police will present plans for the reorganisation of local forces at the Council Offices from 7pm.

Members of the public will then have the opportunity to put forward their questions about policing and community safety.

Councillor Roger Begy, Leader of Rutland County Council and Portfolio Holder for Community Safety, said:

“We understand that the quality and delivery of public services is a priority for our residents. This meeting will give people a chance to learn more about how their local police force will operate in the future and ask questions about the issues which are important to them.”

Sir Clive Loader, Police and Crime Commissioner, said: “The Chief Constable, Simon Cole, and I are very much looking forward to hearing from the residents of Rutland in regards to our plans for the future of the Force.

“Local policing is a fundamental part of the service Leicestershire Police provides and we want to reassure people that our presence within local communities will not diminish as a result of the future proposals.

“Leicestershire Police is committed to delivering a local service and continuing to drive down crime.”
