The 10 places in Britain with the best quality of life

Hart, a small district in Hampshire, has been found to have the best quality of life for the fourth year in a row in a study carried out by Halifax bank.

The areas are rated by measures like employment, housing, health, crime, weather, traffic and broadband access.

Despite being a UK-wide survey, the south of England dominates the list.
There were no representatives from Wales or Northern Ireland, with the Orkneys being the only Scottish area in the top 50.
