Rutland County Councillor Gene Plews sends disgraceful intimidating email to his colleagues.

Rutland County Councillor Gene Plews sends disgraceful intimidating email to his colleagues.

Once again he has no manners when referring to me as Brookes. He chose to address his
original emails to me in the same manner. When I requested he stopped and used some basic
manners he started sending to me with no name.

I find it shocking that a County Councillor can behave in this way.

Cllr Plews believes, I have broken laws when I published an image of council staff
visiting my home.

He also claims I have breached further laws by my responses to his unsolicited email.

I simply asked him to "please shut up!" and apparently this is causing him alarm
and distress. Public order offences and more,

As for causing alarm and distress his own emails are doing just that, when he says or would you prefer me to knock your own door soon or face you unannounced?

In some of my email replies I mentioned the past conduct of Mr Plews and some of his
friends for example those mention in court by a witness as Ex Councillor Charles Haworth's
partners in crime. Mr Jim Harrison and Mr Paul Beech both former Mayors. I assume these
are the members of public he is referring to because I did not need to mention any others.

In one email Cllr Plews mention his first police complaint made back in 2012.

Reading the style of his correspondence he has sent to the chief constable and many others over the last three days it is no surprise he and his mates drove the local police into the corrupt
position they currently find themselves in.

I strongly suggest Mr Plews takes a long holiday, he clearly needs the rest.

> Councillors, many of you cannot but have failed to have noticed emails between myself and brookes over the weekend. These have been forwarded onto the chief constable along with another complaint from a member of the public regarding his behaviour.

Unfortunately he has since reported on his infamous blog today that apparently another member of this council has informed him by email that "I have an axe to grind with him, and it might be best for you if you did not respond to his emails but simply keep them as evidence should it be necessary in future?" I would like to think that this is untrue members, but if not, would the person doing this have the guts to step forwards and speak to me first, or would you prefer me to knock your own door soon or face you unannounced? Gene.
