There is a serious lack of openness and transparency.

Cllr Walters raised a question relating about possible canvassing of a member by a co-option candidate.

He followed correct procedure and was reprimanded by Cllr Alf Dewis.

Cllr Alf Dewis the deputy Mayor turned red and objected by asking him why he had chosen to raise the issue as public question rather than in private? adding are you trying to impress? a very odd reaction.
possibly a reaction of a person who has done something wrong?

Well done Cllr Alan Walters attempting to be open and transparent, although your question has not
