Formal Complaints Against Rutland County Council Pass 50 so far this year
Rutland County Council decided last year it would record complaints and
compliments it received.
You would have thought this was something they would have done over
the years, perhaps to learn from their mistakes?
Personally I believe no record has ever been kept of formal complaints
made against the Tory Chief Executives Council, to hide her incompetence
and that of the Old Tory guard.
A Libdem councillor asked last year for details of complaints and compliments
and they were told the council had no way of finding out.
Another councillor who is assisting a member of the public with a complaint
today pointed out to me, the complaint they were assisting with was number
52 of this year.
What a shocking state our council appears to be in
1 formal complaint every day so far this year.
