Oakham Town Clerk Can't Even Ensure Legal Documents Are Correctly Completed
The Town Council is permitting the Clerk to work part-time on full pay.
It is rumoured his illness is alcohol related stress.
There have been plenty of mistakes made to suggest there is something very wrong.
Many of the Co-opted Councillors have been registered as full councillors
as shown a few examples below.
It also appears he does not know if Oakham is a Town Council or Parish Council.
These forms are Cllrs declarations which once completed are sent to the monitoring
officer at Rutland County Council, I wonder why the Monitoring Officer who is not qualified
does not notice these mistake?
