Rutland County Council Correct Procedure Not Followed The End Result Was What Most Wanted So Its Lawful Video
After the last full council meeting Cllr Gale UKIP complained his amendment proposed and seconded and then ignored.
The Tory Council has respond by say it does not matter because the end result was the matter
being considered was approved in a way which the majority wanted.
Cllr Once again raised the issue at last nights meeting and the chairman responded with
the same answer.
It's seems the County Council is receiving odd legal advice, just like our town council as long
as the council gets the result it wants it appears it is now legal to ignore most standing orders
procedure and protocols.
