Rutland County Council Special Budget Meeting Report
Something always happens when I don't attend a Rutland County Council meeting.
I have just been called and been told a Councillor had a unprovoked temper tantrum during the meeting, the chairman was forced to adjourned the meeting as the Councillor screamed in an
erratic manner ignoring the chairman's gavel smashing away.
I turned to the councils website to listen to the evidence and found the audio recording
is not there.
