I assume our dishonest overpaid Chief Executive of Rutland County Council is on one long tea
break or perhaps she is on her way to another all expenses paid conference.
Can you imagine how she would treat any of her staff, if they sat at their desk playing games
on the council mobile or even their own and constantly engaged in pointless conversation on Twitter or any other form of social media?
Here in Rutland the Tory Chief Executive is not accountable to anyone, Why?
