Members are asked to declare, if required:
(i) Any Disclosable Pecuniary Interest they may have in respect to items on the agenda
(ii) Any other interest they may have in respect to items on the agenda
Members are also reminded to inform the Clerk of any changes in their Register of Members’

3. MINUTES (Appendices A(i) and A(ii))
(i) To confirm the minutes of the Meeting of Oakham Town Council held on
Wednesday 10th June 2015
(ii) To confirm the minutes of the extra meeting of the Council held on
Monday 29th June 2015 (Members are asked to note that advice is currently being
sought on these minutes and these will be sent out once the advice is received)
It will be interesting to see how the council is going to attempt to minute the
Chairman's unlawful conduct shown in the above video
4. COUNCILLOR’S QUESTIONS
To answer questions previously notified to the Clerk under Standing Order 9
(Members note that 72 hours’ notice is now required)
5. CHAIRMAN AND MEMBER’S REPORTS
To receive a report from the Chairman on functions attended and to receive reports from
Members who have attended meetings on behalf of Oakham Town Council
(Members intending to report should inform the Clerk prior to the meeting)

9. FITNESS CENTRE RELOCATION (Appendix B)
To consider a report relating to the former Fitness Centre at 2, Princess Avenue and to make
any decisions relating to it.
10. ACCOUNTS 2014 – 2015 (Appendix C)
To consider a report and to decide whether to authorise the engagement of an external firm of
accountants to conduct a review of the Councils accounts for 2014 - 2015
11. GRANT APPLICATION (Appendix D)
To consider a grant application from the Community Safety Team at Rutland County Council
and to make any decisions as appropriate
12. AUTHORISATION TO PAY AN INVOICE OVER £5000 (Appendix E)
To authorise payment of an invoice from Plantscape for the supply of floral displays
13. TRAFFIC CALMING ON WEST ROAD AND BRAUNSTON ROAD (Appendix F)
To consider a letter received and to make any decisions as appropriate
14. MEMBER RESPONSIBLE FOR PRESS RELATIONS
To appoint a member to act as the person responsible for the Council’s press relations
