Rutland County Council have more than once sent begging letters to Oakham
Town Council saying the can not afford to run the Library. The ask for a few
thousand pounds Oakham Town Council rightly turn them away then Rutland
County Council cut the opening hours. I wonder where they found the money
for this ugly pointless new relocated sign.
