Oakham Mayor Cllr Alf Dewis Lack of Basic Manners
I turned up for the 2pm Staffing Committee Meeting at
the Public Council Chamber of which I am a representative
of the Oakham SE Ward.

when I turn up.
In the past when I was just a member of the public the
door was locked until the last minute before the meetings.
I was always brought up use good manner something
which is seriously lacking at Oakham Town Council
When Some one greets you with a good afternoon
is it not common courtesy to respond with the same?
Briefings should take place outside the council chamber
they don't even behave like this at Rutland County Council.
