Perhaps Rutland County Council could spend some of its £2 million pound lottery
grant on litter bins that follow litter droppers around.
Only recently I was called a liar by an Oakham Town Council for suggesting
there was a litter problem in Cutts Close and other part of Oakham. I think
like Rutland County Council they are blind to most of what goes on outside
their little own little bubbles.
This litter was cleared away.
