600th Anniversary Commemorative Tree for the Battle of Agincourt Oakham Town Council

This week Oakham Town Council will be considering if it would like another Oakham tree
in Cutts Close. Cllr Joyce Lucas has suggest it is the ideal location.  After telling members
Cutts Close was not suitable for Oakham Trees they ignored her in 2013 and planted leftover
Jubilee Oaks which quickly started the look like a cemetery after the Mayor's family started
leaving flowers at their tree planted in memory of a family member.

For some odd reason Cllr Lucas had considered planting a forest on the last
open space here in Oakham.

I  have done my homework and if Cllr Lucas and myself don't get involved in a debate
about the possibility the Welsh contribution might be a myth or even over exaggerated
we should be fine.

I might suggest she takes up the option of 60 to replant the castle wall. Cllr Lucas
who once resigned as a tree warden after she complained Rutland County Council
were stripping Oakham bare of trees voted for the environmental vandalism currently
being carried out at Oakham Castle.
