Helen Briggs CEO Rutland County Council writes another letter to Rutland Times about £1.88m Larkfleet Loss
I was always told people who lie don't tell the same story. This is true when it
comes to Rutland County Councils big mistake.
Mrs Briggs who I know from personal experience can lie even under oath
now writes to the Rutland Times and says Residents will not be left out
due to their mistake.
So far since the big secret was let out the bag we have been told
Residents will receive Silver Service rather than Gold Service due to the loss.
Then in a BBC East Midlands Report Council say only the resident on the Oakham North Estate will
be affected by the loss.
It's a pity Mrs Briggs, Terry King and the council spokesman can't get their story straight.
