Vernon Stokes Tweeted about a meeting with Town Councillors.
I contacted the Council Office and asked about this meeting he publicised via Twitter, the Clerk
said he was not aware of any meeting.
I also asked Mr Stokes who he was meeting, he has since deleted the above Tweet I also reminded
him that the law prevents any Cllr from acting unilaterally and it would be wrong
for any Cllr to make any promise on behalf of the Council.
He replied in the typical style of those connected to our local establishment.

@CllrBrookes I'm not meeting anyone Mr brookes! Mind your own business !
Well I am sorry to say Mr Stokes it is my business, if Cllrs are meeting with
hunt supporters without the knowledge of the council, with the intention to assist an overturn
of a legal decision made by the majority of our council.
If you watch and listen carefully to the video of the meeting I suggest the hunt finds an alternative
location to meet and perhaps the supporters should being doing that before time runs
out to seek permissions instead of trying to possibly get councillors to "back down or compromise!!!"
