“Music for Advent by Serenata at Langham
On Saturday 28th November at 7.30pm, Langham Parish Church will resound to the sound of Serenata’s 8 voices in harmony singing ‘Music for Advent’, a new collection of sacred music, madrigals, folk songs and more. It will be the third time that this popular choir has sung at Langham Church and this event in aid of the church is one of a series of concerts of choral and instrumental music which have included Elizabethan melodies, jazz, opera, cello, show tunes and light hearted miscellanies. There will be a bar from 7.00pm and in the interval when substantial complimentary refreshments will be served.
