The Band and Choir failed to show, despite the weather not being as
bad as last year.
Some People might notice although the same money has been spent
as previous years there are no lights in Mill Street.
It was announced The Mayor Cllr Dewis was late.
Fortunately or not for them a large number of residents who did turn up to hear the
Mayor thank the Deputy Adam Lowe and his wife for all their hard work.
