Swooning Bridge Oakham Rutland County Council Finally Introduces Parking Restrictions
I don't know where the council staff are now parking
I did spot a parking enforcement officer collecting
there own car from a nearby residential street, I guess
that will result in more parking restrictions.
These new ones are welcome because parking by this
bridge was creating a danger to other road users.
