Oakham Town Council Expenditure Rutland County Council Council Tax Booklet
Because Oakham Town council costs too much the government requires them
to publish a small break down of its expenditure in the booklet that Rutland County
Council send out with the council tax bill.
I am no financial expert, I do find it odd that Oakham Town Council has reduced
its budget and then put up its council tax demand.
The amount of money spent on just running the council is disgusting.
The council does very little in the town and because the administration and
other running costs are nearly all the income there is nothing left to actually
do anything else which is a shame.
