Rutland Morris Men St George's Day dances

Rutland Morris will be celebrating St George’s day by performing their world famous Mummers Play featuring a fight to the death between St George and the Turkish Knight, the skills of Good Doctor Sirus (known to cure all forms of virus), the dance of the Wiffly Waffler (don’t ask) and a visit from Beelezebub. They will also be previewing their dancing season with dances from the Cotswolds .
They plan to dance and mum in St George’s Square in Stamford at 11.00am, at 12.30pm at the Green Dragon in Ryhall, and at 2.00pm at the George & Dragon at Seaton.
