Today I was stopped by a resident who pointed out the neglected state of Oakham
Town Centre.
Litter and weeds
I normally walk around town looking up, this afternoon I spent some time
looking down and agree its not looking that great.
Maybe Rutland County Council is responsible or is it the business owners?
I am sure if I was running any business I would not want my customers
stepping over weeds to enter my business.
