Rutland County Council Ban People From Sitting In Prams at The High Sheriffs Pram Race Bank Holiday Monday Health & Safety
The High Sheriff of Rutland speaking on Rutland Radio this morning announced the ban.
I can't wait for the reaction if the council decides to ban people from lying on the beds,
at the planned charity bed race later this summer.
