Cllr Lucas is well known for telling people I make her
look horrible in my photographs.
Today I found her spray painting in the park with her
husband. I asked her what she was doing and she replied
"no comment" She decided to wave and smile for the camera
I assume that was a side effect of the solvent fumes?
Following this the Rutland Concert Band Performed
and Cllr Lucas kept up her good spirit laughing and
smiling as she took my photograph.
It would be such an improvement for all, if encounters with
fellow councillors were so cheerful.
I still don't know what she was do with the spray paint.
