Oakham Town Council Refuse To Contribute Towards Rutland County Councils costs for the Towns CCTV System.
Oddly before the vote was taken the Mayor Cllr Adam Lowe told us all the system is not
as good as Rutland County Council make out.
After the vote he changed his mind as Stan Stubbs reported how wonderful it was because
he has had the privilege of visiting Rutland County Council for a demonstration.
