At this Wednesday's meeting at Oakham Town Council the Clerk and Cllr Michael Haley Deputy Mayor are proposing some changes to the councils standing orders.
I wonder what the residents of Oakham will make of this when they find that
the Councillor who represents them will no longer be able to debate any
matter on their behalf?
