Oakham Town Council Temporary Bollards Cutts Close Oakham Rutland
I wonder how many years can be defined as temporary?
For many years the Town Council has neglected the footpaths in Cutts Close
and for many years residents have visited the council office to complain,
What does Oakham Town Council do. Not much it spent a few hundred pounds
on a couple of bollards a number of years ago,
Recently Cllr Joyce Lucas suggested we apply for a grant from the
lottery to fix the paths.
I am not sure the National Lottery is into funding neglect?
