Rutland County Council Library Extension For Children Services Turned Down 2016/0872/FUL
Rutland County Council members of the Development and Licensing Committee turned down
the councils application due to concerns about the design and the impact on the conservation area.
I found James Lammies support for the application pretty poor when you consider his comments
on a application considered later in the meeting. He objected to a flat roof extension in a conservation
area elsewhere but did not raise the same objection for this application. When ever I attend RCC meetings it is so obvious that James does as the leader Terry King want's.
