Lidl Oakham Planning application update.
Rutland County Council Planning department is currently working on the application
and a delegated decision is due to be on the 5th December 2016
The application can be decided by delegation to the planning department due to
the Council giving previous consent to Sainsbury's to build a much larger store
on the former college site.
If the planning department has any concerns it could send the application to Development Control and Licensing Committee for a decision.
The next meeting is set for 22nd December 2016 6pm.
