Severn Trent Water will be in the market place today carrying out a PR
event to convince residents and traders that much needed major works
won't inconvenience anyone.

Severn Trent Water is finally investing some money into the infrastructure
and replacing miles of water mains over the next 10 months.
The Town Centre will also see disruption as the power company replaces
underground power cables from the castle sub station to Mill Street.
Lets hope both companies have sorted out those dreadful traffic lights
which so often fail here in Oakham.
