There nothing wrong with our chairman writing and asking this question accept it is a
bit odd that he is asking this question when the Council members were being told
the council was not sure who the money belonged to and had not seen any of the emails
received from Rutland County Council letting us know it is the Town Councils money
and not the Town Partnerships
Cllr Lowe is very lucky he works for Travis Perkins who don't mind the
many hours he spends sending emails about Council business and other
organisations he is involved.
