Mr Mitchell is a senior Leicester lawyer at Spearing Waite LLP,
Mr Mitchell specialises in commercial property, development, leasehold, high value residential and banking, and was instrumental in founding the Leicestershire ProCon - Property and Construction - Awards in 1999.
He lives in Rutland and is married with two daughters.In his spare time he enjoys golf, tennis, squash, travel, gardening and increasingly being involved with his four grandchildren.
