Rutland County Council Internal Auditors to Look Into What Went Wrong With Library Project Budget.
This morning the cabinet at Rutland County Council decided to approve a 45% increase
in spending on refurbishing the county library and the construction of an extension to
home children's services.
The Cabinet made an additional recommendation that the chair of audit and risk is asked
to commission work by internal auditors 'to see what lessons can be learned'
