After a year the Clerk was not able to find anyone willing to tender for this contract?
When I point out my disapproval I am accused of bullying and intimidating the Clerk.
The Town Council has no interesting in protecting public money or seeking value
for money.
It permits its clerks to ignore decisions made at meetings.
I have to accept the clerk was unable to find any cleaning companies who would
want to clean one small toilet block in the town despite the Clerk having a year
to do so??
I don't understand why nearly all the other members find this acceptable.
Is it because its not their money and they don't actually care what happens?
