The building is constructed of site in modules, if anyone watches grand designs they often
feature this type of build for homes. Everything is fitted off site, that includes the electrics and
plumbing. A posh portakabin.
Rutland County Council kindly let me look inside the section delivered today.
I also took a tour of the refurbished library, I think users will be very pleased with
that improvement once it opens again at the beginning of September.
I hope to catch some film in the morning of the crane dropping in the
last modules of the new building.
