Oakham Town Council Secret Co-options Two New Councillors for Oakham South East Ward

Last Wednesday Oakham Town Council Co-opted two new members onto the council
in secret as an exempt item.

The local government requires all councils who co-opt to conduct those co-option
in an open and transparent way.

The last time Oakham Town Council exempted Co-options was in 2013 and
the Chairman at the time wrote and said the council would learn and not do it again.
