Cllr Lucas Gave Out Incorrect Information Regarding Rutland County Museum

She Sent out emails to all at Oakham Town Council after after attending a friends
of Rutland County Museum.

She has now retracted what she has said blaming a Rutland County Councillor.

I wonder is there any organisation her in Rutland that Cllr Joyce Lucas does
not interfere in?

I have had a very long conversation this morning with a Rutland County Councillor for Oakham Town.

Their has been a misunderstanding of the facts about the Rutland County Museum.
The Cllr. who spoke to the Friends of the Museum did not  make it clear enough. As far as I can tell there are  DEVELOPMENTS and not a DEVELOPER interest in the museum.
